Extremely poor customer service, didn't even spell my name correctly or listen to me when I tried to correct it. The doctor actually said I don't care if your name is 'a' or 'b'... I said well i do! I will never go back there again a complete waste of time.

I have been a patient of Dr Torbolov for years. She is to the point and thorough. My family and I have enjoyed many visits. The waiting area is small at the clinic which is my only negative comment. Generally the receptionists let me know if the dr is running late so I can duck out to the shops. ( If need be) .

Having read so many negative reviews here, I am astounded as I have nothing but praise for the very polite reception staff and the doctors especially Dr Torbolov who has looked after my wife and I for nearly 5 years, she is a very learned Dr a true professional and very caring She doesn't hesitate to investigate any medical issues and phones me at home if she has any concerns after receiving my test results. This is a very busy practice and people just need to be patient as some consultations may take a little longer due to unforseen circumstances. They also bulk bill , and medical centres that bulk bill are in high demand. I book online with DocBook and am very happy with this service. For all the negative reviews there is always more positive experiences . I highly recommend this practice 100%

I would never visit this place. I booked for an appointment one day before asking me to bring my photo id and medicare card but when I went there they said, I had no booking made. I checked the number and it was the same number where I made a call and booking. That's fine....I had to wait for almost 1.5 hours. I asked the receptionist when my turn will be, "Oh you will be the next." but she sent new lady who just arrived made the booking at that time with the same doctor, waited like only 8-10 minutes That wasn't fair. Receptionist had no clue what they are doing. I just cancelled my appointment. Really poor at their customer service. This is the worst clinic I had ever been to.If i had to rate to zero or even minus would have been in that place.
