Barwell Medical Centre

I was in barwell medical center today. Friendly and professional staff. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. I think her name is Ann. The nice and smooth music was playing. I had an appointment with Dr Iman Mashhadi. He is very professional and very thorough. “Thank you very much! Everyone is so friendly and I am very thankful you are in this area to care for us when we need you.

Dr Golam was mild mannered and caring. He was patient with my 3 yr old. Not 5 stars because my appointment was moved without notification.

In response to your Google Review, I would like to point out that this Medical Centre is a prestigious centre and the Doctors and staff are absolutely wonderful. However, with what you had to say about the other doctors not caring for their patients at all, why would you not go to another Medical Centre? Your statement about the doctors genuinely are there to make money is offensive!! Who in their right mind works for free? All The Doctors at Barwell are brilliant. There had to be a very good reason why the Doctor left without seeing you. You should stick to your recommendation and give another Medical Centre an opportunity to serve you. The Barwell Medical Centre certainly does not need your one star to shine.

They don't even deserve one star. The only reason I come to this centre is because Dr Golam is so lovely. However, there are some things I need to see a female doctor for. The other doctors do not care for their patients at ALL. When I went for a women's health consult and was promised a 4:40pm appointment, I arrived and was informed I had no one to see me simply because the doctor that I was booked in with (and consented to see me), Dr Thillairajah, just walked out without informing reception who could have let me know I didn't have to waste my time to show up. The reception staff and Doctor Golam are always so, so lovely. I feel the other doctors are genuinely otherwise there to make money- definitely would not recommend coming back to this place if they can't provide the care that they promise to give!
