Myhealth Medical Centre Castle Towers

This GP practice is listed in the a direct billing medical network of Alianz Oversea Student Health Cover. I so have made an appointment with them. When I was there, they refused to bill the insurance company and request me to pay full amount upfront. The receptionist was not willing to note down my policy number into the file so it will be printed onto the pathology form. In other MyHealth clinic I have been to, you just need to show them your OSHC card, they note it down, then the clinic and the pathology lab bill directly to Alianz without having you to deal with the invoices from the GP and the pathology lab. But this MyHealth practice won’t do that and you will have to do all the work and pay everything upfront first. I don’t recommend this practice if you hold an OSHC policy and want to avoid all the trouble.

Although there some good DR there, you become disappointed with reception sometimes. They told me they will fax my prescription but they didn’t and I am waiting for more than an hour and calling them and they just hang up on me.

Dr Wynn is amazing!!! I have had SEVERE allergy problems ever since I moved to Australia two years ago. Literally one day I sneezed so much i couldn’t get ready and I was late to a meeting. After one appointment with her, my sneezing has stopped!! She put me on a two different nose sprays that built immunity for my nose to all the dust. Praise God!! Great treatment, and nice building too. Highly Recommend Dr. Wynn

I had to read the reviews before making an appointment with Dr Talal. He was shockingly rude and unhelpful. People try to stay away from this doctor! However, I will give 5 stars to dr Arevik and Dr Atkins.

Good service, but some doctors are always late, I don’t want to disclose any names, but you really need to improve time management
