Carlingford Court Medical Centre

I have been going to this medical centre for over 8 years. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful. The nurses are great, especially with kids. Dr Stephanie is amazing! I find she always listens to our concerns and is very thorough. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I have also seen many of the other doctors at the practice and have always been happy with their care.

I have visited on Monday at this medical centre and would like to say that they have the best service. I was very pleased with the receptionist who kindly showed me around on what to do as it was my first time at the medical centre. Despite this centre being busy, she was very nice and slow with me which really helped me understand everything. The positive manner with both receptionist and doctors really has made me looking forward to attending this centre as a regular patient. I would definitely recommend this medical centre to people around me.

I have been visiting here couple of times for medical needs. Staff are friendly and facilities are great. Very convenient and easy to book an appointment online and they are punctual. I'm very happy with the service I received so far.

Doctors can run behind but Rosa on reception has the most wonderful customer service attitude. Even at the very end of the day she was bubbly, friendly and ever so patient with everyone. Well done Rosa, you are an asset to this practice.
