Ordered winter quilts on their website, delivery was a bit slow, but the quality of all the quilts is just fantastic, and they have the best prices as well! And free delivery! Ordered summer quilts already :) Highly recommend
Bought a mattress topper for my mum who lives in a unit. Gave specific instructions at time of purchase for delivery people to ring bell to gain access to the building and my mum live on level 1. After a month of not receiving the item, try to ring them for help but no answer and sent emails but no response. I contacted PayPal and they pretty much tell PayPal that the product has been delivered. They use unprofessional delivery company and failed to communicate my instructions so Aramex delivery people just left the item in-front of a shared unit without any phone/email messages advising us. Well, my poor mum who came out of surgery just needs a softer topper for her bed end up didn’t get one after $140. Due to COVID, I live in Canberra and she is in Sydney so I thought online purchase was the best option. I am not buying anything online for her from now on due to this incident.

My king size linen duvet cover showed up with in zero packaging. The pillow slips came in clear plastic, but the duvet cover was just jammed straight into the courier envelope. I thought more care would be taken with a $250 item.
