We are based in WA ,needed to replace one of our Vola Kitchen taps (wear & tear) and dealt with Jason in Sydney. The service and attention to ensuring the correct model was sent to us was exceptional ,professional and expeditious. Thoroughly impressed and would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to this business.
I walked into the showroom last year and asked for several item prices, butler sink, taps, twin shower, custom copper shower, asked technical questions about zip hydrotap etc. Every question was answered and items sourced and priced within minutes! Spec sheets were set up same day and emailed to me along with quotes and existing quotes were beaten. Bathroom Collective have an edited selection of beautiful items, and cover all current and classic styles and budgets. Super friendly, super fun, but most importantly, they know what they are doing and they really love what they do. So thrilled they moved into the hood. I have called up all my design buddies and this is our first and last stop for anything bathroom and/or kitchen. This is the ONLY place I know of where I can take a plan and idea of 'look' and wait for a quote of products sourced by Bathroom Collective within budget. I used to search for items for specific projects for hours, now they do all the hard work, because that's what they do. Win-Win for designer-supplier.
