PETstock Artarmon

Such a welcoming, knowledgeable team at Petstock Artarmon. My dog LOVES his grooming appointments with Maggie, he's been attending since he was a puppy and it's always been such a positive experience for him.

The shop manager raised his voice on us, tried to attack us physically and used the F word loudly, only because we decided to return our purchase items. We had to return the items as we needed a bag to carry them and the cashier had no bag. Incredibly shocking and unacceptable behaviour, which could be actioned legally.

I was at Artarmon Pet Stock on Wednesday March 17th to buy 2 small Comet gold fish. (Fredrick Street)nBecause I didn't buy the fish tank they wanted to sell me, they didn't sell me the 2 very small $4 gold fish I wanted to buy.nNick, the sales assistant was very rude to me and told me (in rude manner) that I'm not going to sell you the fish, because you are not buying the fish tank. That is animal cruelty.nI have never seen such a rude sales assistant in Sydney before.

I dropped into PETstock Artarmon close to closing time on a Saturday to pick up a few things for my new puppy. I spoke to Ani who was incredibly helpful and stayed back past closing to give me great advice on feeding and pet products. She was so knowledgeable and helpful and joined me up to their rewards program. I could not recommend PETstock Artarmon more highly and a big thank you to Ani :)
