Moggy and Mutt

Very disappointing experience. Man at reception was very rude and dismissive. I paid $80 for a full groom for my dog and barley anything was taken offer, there was no compensation or offer to fix this even though I mentioned it numerous times. Will not be going back as its a waste of money. Not impressed

I don't know what that 1 star guy is talking about, the store owner is one of the friendliest and caring people I've ever seen handle a dog! They always look after Kuzum like it was one of their own. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I went today to pick my dog up and what i saw once i got there left me shocked. Chinese guy that works there was working on this little westie. As the dog wasn't responding to his commands he grab the dog so hard for his hair and basically started punching it. So i said to the guy that was at reception i hope my dog wasn't treated this way to what this guy told me left me even in a bigger shock. He told me that the Chinise guy is strange. My dog has been acting strange all day after grooming which makes me wonder what my dog went through today.nI will definitely not go back there again. BE CAREFUL EVERYONE
