Terribly unhelpful & dismissive man runs this business. Rather then getting keys cut at Bunnings thought it might be nice to give some business to a small business owner. But regret spending the petrol money to drive to his store. Based on the poor service I received I will not be going back

New owner Paul is excellent - great quality work , he completely fixed a much- loved pair of boots - and a pair of my husbands shoes- they are better than new- all at a very fair price. I recently had a leather belt made smaller by Paul, great job done. I highly recommend this business for quality and friendly service - also got a few keys cut and they all worked without needing a tweak, so that is good. The shop is on the main road at Artarmon, right opposite the western exit of the station or you can park on the street right outside.
