You approach these events with a modicum of fear and trepidation.nWas welcomed warmly and proceeded to the lecture area.nThe Workbook dictated the agenda. High quality expert speakers passed knowledge and experience not available to the average driver. It causes major reflections about the consequences of bad driving.nnWould recommend the course to all - maybe even L platers should a video be compiled.

The course is good idea for heavy offenders who are in a court process. I don’t think my situation was anywhere near close in comparison to the rest. I don’t drink. I don’t do drugs. I don’t hoon speed. My situation was accumulative minor charges and one fine not belonging in the new reinstated license. Though I believe that speed kills I do also believe that many speed limits are not based on safety but for neighborhood noise reduction and revenue raising. One major fine on double demerits was for Appin council reducing the entire town to 50 zone Majorly due to noise. Because I travel the once in a blue moon and know the speed I was done like a dinner by a cheeky officer waiting at the change from 80 to 50. A perfect example.nnI learnt a couple of things but was aware of most of what was taught. The shock value didn’t affect me because I am aware of all of this. And is the reason why I have never been a drunk driver, a hooner or a drug taker on the road. But I do think that many offenders need to see this.nnI would probably create a course where if people in my category have to attend that you not have them for the two days but somehow make the course relative in one day for points accumulative offenders. Or an online complete course with videos. Attending is not necessary.nnAs for my opinion about the course. I came out of there pretty angry due to the main course representative attempting to humiliate me publically about my answer to the first question I wrote as he didn’t agree with it. Then realizing that he didn’t read the answer correctly.nnFirstly.... the questions are “a personal reflection” That in itself is not for debate. It’s my personal opinion. Second. Read the answer properly before you jump on your high horse. Thirdly. Don’t humiliate people that feel humiliated already.nnLast thing is that I wasn’t one for the shock yelling at everyone at the end to wake people up. I found that it was stupid and took away from the rest of the course.nnSome speakers were really good. Ambulance was the best. There I learn a few things.nnI walked away feeling like a criminal when I’m not and it made me reflect on how to bring my self worth back to normality instead of concentrating on the interesting, informative and expensive course I just attended without feeling the need to.

Very unhappy with this service. Was unable to make the program due to a broken foot and verbal communication was given prior to the day. No refund and shocking customer service.

This program is very useful.

A very informative course run by professional speakers, conveniently located in the heart of Manly. There is also a one day course which is run by the same organisation located in Parramatta.
