Laverty Pathology

Completely incompetent. Wasted 2 hours of my time. Had to attend for a simple pre-employment drug & alcohol screen. Very familiar with doing these tests at pathology collection centres over the last 10 years.nnAfter waiting 35 minutes I was seen.nnEvery drug test I've ever had, I urinate in a cup which gives an instant result. At Laverty, I gave a urine sample which he put into 3 smaller vials to send away to the lab for testing. I protested and told him it was meant to be an instant test as I needed the results TODAY, but he insisted and said results would take 3 days.nnI then asked him about the alcohol test, and he just looked at me blankly. Didn't seem to even know what it was. I insisted he wasn't doing the right tests for me, but he was adamant he was. He said we're all done, and I had to leave without him giving me the alcohol test.nnI immediately rang my employer who couldn't believe it. It'd be absolutely laughable if I hadn't had 2 hours of my time wasted.nnThis Laverty employee didn't seem to understand the concept of a pre-employment D&A screen whatsoever.
