Every one at the hospital were absolutely wonderful. The care I received there was 2nd to none. A huge thank you to all.nAnne & Steve.

Is place is an utter disgrace, you could go to your local vet and get better treatment.nRude and aggressive nursing staff, 15mins after I got out of surgery I had a nurse try and pull the bedding out from under me relentlessly tugging on it while I begged her to stop it wasn't until my friend yelled at her to stop that she finally did !!! If I could have moved i would have walked out and called an ambulance to take me anywhere else. They had to be asked 10 time for a single thing and stuffed up my medicals. Do yourself a favour go anywhere else. After I made a formal complaint all I got was oh well sorry about that bye.

Had septoplasty and bi-lateral turbinoplasties yesterday with Dr. Jason Roth. The entire experience here was as pleasant as can be for the first time I've ever had surgery.nnReception, nurses, ENT specialist, pharmacist, Anaesthetist, everyone was really comforting and helpful as they understood how nervous I would be first time going under.nnThe room was nice and quiet and clean, no typical hospital machine beeping sounds, definitely helped with recovery.nnSpecial thanks to the nurses (sorry probably spelling names wrong) Sooce and Wonja, thanks to Michael/Mike assisting with the Anaesthetist, Dr Andrea Santoro, Dr Jason Roth and the nurses in recovery (can't remember their names as I was coming out of it).nnI hope I wasn't too much of a hassle :)nnHonestly would recommend this private hospital and all persons involved to anyone.nnP.S. fresh sandwiches and home baked muffin was delicious!nnThank you again!

All staff were genuinely caring, friendly and very attentive to my needs. Rooms and food were much nicer than any other hospital I've been to.
