Pretty jewellery. But bought a necklace and the lobster clasp broke 2 days later. Zjoosh doesn’t do refunds, only exchanges and credit notes. Not super happy with that but thought I’d post so everyone knows what they’re getting into before they buy things from here.nnUpdate: The Warringah Mall store ordered in a replacement product for me and were very helpful and apologetic. A week or so later, I received a call from one of the customer service team members who had seen this review, to follow up on my experience. She clarified that Zjoosh does actually do refunds, and apologised for the experience and would follow up why I hadn’t been offered one with the Balgowlah store. Super lovely customer service. Recommend!
