Cushion Factory made a very high quality outdoor cushion cover for our new bench seat. It fits like a glove! The workmanship is superb. We were not too sure about the colours online, so we narrowed down our choices online, then emailed Sunbrella for samples who sent out large swatches that allowed us to choose the PERFECT colour/pattern. We found mountains of easy-to-understand information on the Cushion Factory website that has allowed us to choose the right product for us. The online ordering process was super easy, and the construction/delivery timeline was easy to follow. Always proud to support Australian companies and workers. We highly recommend Cushion Factory, their workmanship and products.

I was trying to make my selection of fabrics for my outdoor cushions online but it proved to be very difficult. I decided to go to the store despite it being a fair drive but I must say it was so worth it. As soon as I explained what I was looking for I was shown a selection of different fabrics and got amazing advice. I made my selection within 10 min and I am extremely happy with my purchase. The staff are very professional, helpful and knowledgeable.nI would definitely recommend this place.

I needed a complicated custom cushion to fit my bay window seat. The staff member at the Balgowlah showroom was very patient with my indecision about fabrics. The over-3-metre-long cushion turned up when they said it would (well wrapped in protective plastic) fits perfectly and looks great... and the extra charge for the custom shape was minimal. I'll definitely use Cushion Factory again.

Wholeheartedly recommend the Cushion Factory. We purchased 6 cushions for the outdoor setting on our balcony. There were oodles of choices. We went to the shop to order and am pleased that we did. The staff were very helpful in assisting us to select the correct fabric. Our new cushions will give our balcony a colourful refresh.

I found the Cushion Factory online and I'm so glad I did - I was able to place an order very easily on their online system - the instructions are very easy to follow, the customer service was fantastic and the finished product is superb - I have already recommended the Cushion Factory to friends who have remarked on how lovely my new cushion is - it's made a timber storage box into a comfortable seat!
