Petbarn Chatswood

Large, clean, well-stocked store with helpful staff. Had an issue with the ticketed price of one item which the Manager resolved. Later found the online price was cheaper (free shipping) so will check before shopping next time!

Due to an issue I had with my fishes, yesterday I visited this Petbarn by first time. Alex provided the most outstanding service and advice. Many thanks again, Alex. I see you having your own shop in the future!

What makes you guys standout are the super helpful staffs in this store. Big shout out to Tatiana, it is that extra mile of effort she put in to help and now the mysterious cuts on my puppy's paws are healing. Tatiana is very knowledgeable and patience. She is someone who work with her heart. Thank you so so much for the care for the paw parents and to treat each pet so seriously. Highly recommended this store.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the variety of products are extensive and cost effective.
