Centrelink and Medicare

We had to renew our Medicare cards and it wasn’t straightforward but Cathy, who dealt with us, and a Scottish guy on reception were both fantastic.nIt was quick and easy, friendly, efficient and a really nice environment.nEasy parking in a free car park a minutes walk away.nWe’ve used Chatswood before and Brookvale is heads and shoulders above it on every level.

Not sure where the positive feedback has come for this branch, but it is ridiculously slow and inefficient based on what we are experiencing today.nnLong line stretching down the road. 30mins and no one has moved. What on earth can people be doing in there?nnCombine the wait with a security guard on a complete power trip, and you have a recipe for avoiding the place altogether.nnEmbarrassing for the government providing this sort of 3rd world service.

Possibly the most frustrating entity to deal with.

Very short queue. Courteous and helpful staff who got to the bottom of some tricky system issues for me. Thanks guys!

Really impressed by the service quality here .. compassionate staff interested in getting things right and being polite and friendly in the process. Queue wait times still a bit long but better than other locations like Chatswood, at the times I’ve been. Wish I had kept the names of the 2 ladies who I dealt with today, both exceptional and deserve recognition
