Large modern office, well equipped to manage social distancing, and Covid related precautions. Staff were excellent, and very knowledgeable. I was afraid it was going to be a long session, getting a photo ID and NSW Vouchers, but after a 15 min wait, the process was only another 15 min.nStaff to greet you as you enter, and then direct you to the right section, also giving you a ticket for service. 5 Star.

Told one thing and the exact opposite occurs, go in for the third time to sort out the issue and you get the classic polite smiles and sorry we can't help you(just here to collect my wage). Glad to see another government organisation stop you doing the thing you are required to do by law and the turn around and shrug their shoulders when you get a late fine.

Treated indifferently and little unfriendly by Asian looking staff, because we were Asians. Try to work out why they cannot ID me and found out they made a mistake entering a preferred name I chose that did not reflect their database, which nobody told me there was an issue at the time. Now they are asking me for $200 dollars to apply name change certificate after for an error they made for 20 years.nnWife tried the DKT and the system did not call her name, staff insisted they did when clearly we did not hear the ticket no, nor was it on screen. The staff refused to acknowledge their own errors and was denied a re test on same day. This happened to myself when their system skipped mine and another 3 numbers. Only got back in the queue after when I realised it was skipped on screen and informed the staff of issue.nnIt seems like no one wants to take responsibilities for their errors and manager try to cover up each other. Just a very difficult service centre and better to go to another

Taken a fee teens to get driving tests to a few ServiceNSW locations. Brookvale has very friendly guy greeting you, not too crowded. But beware, none of them have public toilets
