Positive experience. Despite a long queue out the door, the line went quickly. Firstly someone checks over your paperwork to make sure you're ready to go to a counter. Then you're issued a ticket and wait briefly before being called up. Service was polite and efficient

The Asian staff who gave me the ticket today was not very patient and not have very good manner. She asked me about my enquiry, I answered her and also the whole situation, then she rudely interrupted me and said ‘ my question is very simple......’. I know what your question is but if the customer said a bit more is probably because they want you to know the whole picture so can help you solve the problem better. And we as customers do not know how everything works as you do. I sincerely hope this staff can reconsider your choice of career because it is so obvious you are a type of person who like abusing the ‘power’ you have. This is NSW service not a place you like talking to people as they are inferior.

Been there couple of times. Im not being a racist. Unfortunately their Indian staffs always make me uncomfortable and they are kind of rude. I can see their body language and hear their voices obviously. Other staffs are doing their best. I cant complain.

Visited on a typical Monday morning, service was prompt and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised given the average ratings here.

To gain respect from others, respect others by example first. When I took my driving test in February, the female examiner who marked me, Ms C, began speaking to me in a very hostile tone (also in a tone of command or shouting).nnWe are the examinee at the same time as the customer, we should be in an equal position with the examiners rather than a subordinate position. Not to mention we paid for your service, you didn’t do it for free.nnI recommended my friends to use video recording to protect their rights when using Service NSW services, and provide evidence when making a complaint.
