Enjoyed our stay

I will no longer be booking or staying at your establishment, due to the issues I faced when I stayed this time. Some of the things I noticed when I stayed with your establishment: *Unsociable interaction with hotel staff on arrival. *Waited a very long time on checkout,when I explained the things I had noticed to my dissatisfaction with my stay,hotel staff not interested or overly concerned, by our disappointing stay with their establishment. *Room 8 which was down from us was left wide open our whole stay,with no occupancies and staff never checked. *Room much to small for the exorbitant price I paid,when we are in off peak season and we booked a executive queen room . *Cleaning of the room left great dissatisfaction, the carpet was not vacuumed around furniture/skirting boards at all ,no attention to detail for the price of the room. *Light above the bed was filled with bugs. *Bathroom Cleaning the floor had other people's hair in the shower recess and around the toilet floor and basin area floor. *Shower kept running cold more times than it was hot,with very little pressure. *View, what view we had the pool pump as our view as well as the noise,which woke me very early, this didn't impress me. *Cutlery bags looked well used,how do you expect customers to trust the cleanliness and hygiene of the cutlery, extremely disappointing especially at this time of corona virus outbreak uncertainty . We stayed at your establishment September 2019 in room 24,and we were extremely satisfied with the room,price,cleanliness, view, hospitality, but from this point forward we will no longer, staying at your establishment,or recommending your establishment ,to fellow travelers, family and friends. Suite is VERY large but was missing some basics. No spare toilet paper rolls. No bathmat. No toaster. Hot water runs out after 2-3 minutes. No bedside lamps. Otherwise very comfortable and centrally located.

Very convenient location being on the main street in town. Rooms are reasonable. Can get a little noisy with drunk guests talking loudly late at night. Good place to stop at as you pass through Cowra.

Had an amazing stay staff were super friendly and very professional. If you stay here I strongly recommend that try the Thai restaurant in hotel. The best Thai food I have ever had.
