Not my regular clinic but made a drop in appointment the morning of. Booked easily online, and the appointment was on time.nnDr Caroline Mah is a fantastic doctor, very friendly and thorough. Honestly one of the best GPs I have encountered.

Please remember that this is a bulk bill medical centre so you will most likely experience delays. But if you are looking for a doctor who is well versed in women's health and who will listen to you then this is the right place to go!nDr Radha is a brilliant practitioner and the other medical staff are sensitive and supportive. Great medical advice and peace of mind.

Pity I can't leave zero stars...the receptionist is so rude and unhelpful! I just called from overseas to make an appointment to speak with my elderly father's doctor about his covid vaccination and was told this was not possible. Then was told I would have to call back in an hour to speak with her manager. Then I was told I wouldn't be able to be in contact with the doctor anyway so I asked the receptionist to take my email address so her manager could get back in contact with me and then the receptionist hung up on me! Wow! Zero effort to help me whatsoever

Very old fashioned GPs who think they know best then completely misdiagnose - Just putting every patient on antibiotics is not proper care in Australia! I regret that I found this place for a friend who wasted a couple days with two different GPs here. Shout-out to Dr Radha Sivakumaran for being particularly rude, why bother asking patients questions if you won't believe them? All this after waiting long past the booked appointment time. Bulk billing isn't an excuse for this practice, there are plenty of bulk billing GPs around with much better quality of service. At least the nurses were kind.nnI hate to leave negative reviews but it is what it is.

Be prepared to wait at least 20min for your appointments. I had a phone consult for 11:15am they called me 12:40pm. If you make multiple appointments to see the Dr in person, you will be awaiting a veryy longg timee. If you have a work meeting or visit during your lunch break, be prepared to wait. They don’t respect your time at all, your time is none of their concern
