Dr. Sarah Wahid is by far the best GP that I have encountered in Sydney! I almost didn't want to write a review because everyone will book her out once they know about this diamond of the north shore! She's a supremely talented diagnostician! She is caring, thorough, thoughtful, professional, pragmatic and scientific yet compassionate!

Great service. 5 stars for enforcing mask use looking after everyone in the room.nFace masks sold conveniently close to the centre for people who can't read the conditions of entry.

Customer service was zero. They claim they have bulk billed service which is not true. I have been to other my health medical center which were really nice. Medical center at Chatswood Westfield is not worth going and recommending to anyone.

Great clinic! Booking online, convenient location, clean, short waiting lines. Especially recommend Dr Sarah and Dr Lucy - very friendly and professional.

This was the worst experience that I have ever had with a medical centre which is supposed to help patients.nAfter all efforts and waits for doing covid test and the negative result, I took my husband with fever to the closest centre, myhealth clinic in Westfield. I talked to the receptionist and asked for first available Doctor cause I had to pick up my son from school. She said I will put you on the list with Dr. Frances Hua and if some one with appointments come in they go before you, and I said that's fine. So I filled the forms and made sure that the maximum wait gonna be an hour.nWe sat there more than an hour and shockingly I saw the doctor went out of the clinic and receptionist told us I am sorry we don't have any doctor to visit you the other doctor is with another patient. And it was 5.15 pm and clinic was still open till 6 pm. I couldn't believe it!!!! Who on earth will send an unwell patient desperately in need for a doctor home after an hour waiting. They could have told me to go to another centre in the first place. I still can't believe it! They easily threw us out! And how come there is no manager at this centre to be responsible for wasting patients time with such carefree doctors who only see $$$$.nI definitely will raise the issue to authorities and I feel really sorry for Myhealth medical centre. I hope people will see my review and choose better places with better services. My question is do you really treat all your patients like this? .... Surely there is no compensation for the horrible and unprofessional manner that you showed. At least I hope it won't happens to others.
