Unresponsive. My wife and I have have visited in person to look for leases and they have been completely unresponsive and have not given us any communication, even after following up. These people seem very slow and don't seem to care at all about people enquiring. They're also the only real-estate that make you fully apply for a rental with all your personal information if you just want a viewing, but then won't get back to you.
