Great experience with Dr Yong and my severe eczema. I've tried everything and he found a solution which seems to be working wonders.nThe team have also been really diligent in providing documentation that I've needed.

Very poor experience! I waited over four months for an appointment only to have them call two days before asking me to come six hours early. I said I could not and was told it was fine. Yet, when I got there, I waited 40 minutes. Two times I was told it would be 5 minutes. I finally said I had to leave and they told me the doctor was ready. I explained I did not have time for my appointment anymore. The receptionist and doctor were so rude. They said they had an emergency, which seemed convenient after the phone call. Even if true, I should have been informed over the long wait. Found another office that were on time, professional and lovely!

Busy modern little practice located on the Pacific Highway at Pymble. For first timers - it was hard to locate and parking was also an issue for me.nnOther than that, Dr Penny Lim is a consummate professional. She gave me the most thorough examination compared to other dermatologists who have examined me in the past. And since I've had some serous skin disease issues in the past, her professionalism was very reassuring.nnThank you Dr Lim.nnHighly recommend.

BEST DERMATOLOGIST CLINIC!!! I took my elderly mother whom diagnosis with rare skin condition, and currently under treatment with Dr Penny Lim. The condition has significantly improved and under control. Dr Penny Lim is very professional, patient and friendly dermatologist I ever met. She ensures my mother and I understand everything before we leave her clinic. In addition, the clinic team (including receptionists) has been very accommodating with appointments, and always keens to help out. Nurses also did follow-up phone check-ups to ensure there is no complications with medications. I have the best experience, so I have highly recommended this clinic to all my relatives/friends if they do need to see a dermatologist. Thank you to Pymble Dermatology team! 5 Stars SERVICE!

This place is great. So fast and efficient. Penny is really kind and caring. I would highly recommend.
