Gordon 7 Day Medical Centre

My dad went here today to see a GP. When we got there , I saw that there is a Vietnamese speaking doctor , so I requested for her to see dad. I am pleased to see that the staff understands this right away and dr Bui was able to accommodate my dad. The consultation went very well, the doctor was very efficient and knowledgeable.nI can also see other patients being moved through the system very efficiently.nThis centre is accessible to wheelchair and has three well trained receptionists . It is near a strain station, has a pathology lab , a physiotherapist once a week, and a nurse that can dress your wounds.nnI used this medical centre myself three years ago when I needed my dressings changed every few days, and was very happy with it then. It has improved now.nI would recommend it.

Very well organised and I was well informed prior to having my vaccination. My second vaccination was booked in before I left. Feeling very comfortable and positive about having the vaccination thanks to their very professional approach.

Appointment was for 9.30 for a covid shot. Arrived 9.15, 15 minutes early as requested. Had already filled out information on line but was asked very nicely to fill out two more forms, one of which was the same or similar to the online form. Saw a doctor shortly after 9.30 who went through my medical history, temperature etc then asked me to wait outside and a nurse would give me the shot when she was available. To cut a long story short it was 10.20 when I left the practice after the mandatory 15 minute wait after the injection. To me, it appeared the practice was understaffed. One nurse was doing all the injections. Very nice and considerate but I think there was a need for two nurses. Just, hopefully constructive feedback.

Very friendly, professional and efficient. Not my regular GP practice but I went here for Covid inoculation. They went to a lot of trouble to set expectations about the inoculation and any side effects. Excellent, faultless service.

Efficient, friendly and well organised. I was seen exactly at the time of my appointment and reception and nurse happy to take the time to answer any questions.
