The Nurse and the radiation treatment girls were lovely - once you got past the awful woman on the front desk. She was obviously stressed out during the Covid restrictions and launched from the reception desk like an attack dog before you could even get a foot through the door.nAlso nothing to welcome Indigenous clients - no Acknowledgement of Country statement, artwork or even a small flag anywhere to be seen

Well, what can I say? At a difficult time in my life, the ladies here made the experience relaxed. They were friendly, caring, supportive and above all professional at all times. Questions were answered. The receptionist was also caring and very helpful and friendly and put me into see a fabulous Doctor. I work in a Medical Practice, the standard here is very high, hopefully you will not need there care, but if you do, I suggest you call them for a chat and advice. Five weeks went very fast! Parking was excellent.

At a difficult time of my life, the professionalism and the care of the staff and doctors of Northern Beaches Cancer Care made my journey a much lighter and more confident one. Everyone is lovely and respectful. I would recommend the center.

I went to Northern Beaches Cancer Care with my sister who was having treatment for 5 weeks, there was always available parking right outside the door, my sister had set appointments and was always seen on time or earlier, which was great as she was having treatment in her lunch breaks so she was able to keep working. The staff were friendly, professional, supportive and helpful and therefore my sister breezed through her radiation treatment. I am extremely grateful to the staff for helping my sister. Lisa Abdoo

I found the staff at the NBCC to be very friendly, professional and calm. They were very informative and were great with supporting me emotionally, which is so important when dealing with daunting medical treatments.nI had these treatments daily for 6 weeks, but in a way, going in to the NBCC felt more like I was meeting with friends everyday.nA bonus is the beautiful ceiling in the radiation room, which was purposely designed to make you feel more relaxed.nI am very grateful to the staff for their professional yet compassionate approach.
