Incredible customer service! Pranjal is a star. He and the BT St Ives team have been so helpful, as renovation newbies we popped in to start looking at floor tiles on Saturday and its now Wednesday and we have already purchased our entire bathroom (!!) which allows our renovation to be brought forward and start next week. The price discounts offered were compelling and stopped us unnecessary legwork of shopping around. They were super patient and generous with samples and have solved every stock issue with even better substitutes while maintaining pricing. What more could you ask for! THANK YOU
Staff very helpful and if anything is wrong, they will fix it.
Very helpful & knowledgeable staff. Large range of tiles at great prices. List of recommended tilers provided which meant that our tiles were installed beautifully & that the stress & worry was totally taken out of the renovation process. Very happy with the whole process! :)
