we have been regular patients to their centre and have seen most of the doctors there. Everyone, including doctors, nurses, pathologist and receptionists have been very professional, very lovely and helpful. On top of that, their waiting time is the shortest among all the medical centre I have been to. Always punctual. Strongly recommend this practice.

Belrose Medical Centre you need to understand that reviews on your business page are meant for improvement of your business, you will need to action them not arguing with your patients and literally not demanding a 5 star rating.nI have spoken to Cathy and receptionist this morning to book an appointment. Their response was I can’t make an appointment because I had given a review in the past which is not pleasing to them. Even told me never visit their centre. Is this how you treat??

Had such a lovely experience at this medical centre today! I turned up with no appointment and was seen within 15 minutes of entering the premises. The two ladies at reception were extremely helpful with my queries and Dr. Paliwal was so professional. Would recommend this practice to anyone and everyone!!

I am not a patient at this practice, but have been in there waiting for a person a few times. I found the practice to be very professionally run and everyone who dealt with me was pleasant and courteous. As an ex registered nurse i can appreciate the strain everyone has been under during the last year. The staff at this practice are doing there utmost best to comply with the law and the changing covid rules and in addition keep sane while giving their patients the best care possible. They too have families, children, elderly parents etc. I think they (receptionists, doctors, nurse and other personnel) are doing a really really good job. They all need a medal for even going to work during a pandemic. And for all the selfish, demanding, inconsiderate members of the public who slander the health workers, get some therapy for your anger problems and just be grateful that these wonderful human beings actually want to go to work and continue to work in this very stressful environment. We have all been through a tough year, lets give ourselves and others a break. AHR.
