We like to support local business. This is however one that we will not support. Gavin was rude and demeaning, and rolling his eyes. Not impressed! If a customer knows little about the mechanical side of things treating them like a fool will not bring them back into your store. I nearly always like to leave good reviews and often do. Buyer beware. Take your mower to someone who is happy and smiles as they take your money, rather insults you. Lady at the desk was helpful, but Gavin undoes her pleasant way. If he is having a bad day he does not have to take it our on the customer.
Recently had cause to take my much used and neglected Husqvarna ride on mower to Midcoast mowers for repair and service. They did a fabulous job at a reasonable price and now the thing goes like its brand new. This is an ethical Aussie business that deserves our support - I recommend them highly.
Good product knowledge and spares availability. Friendly and helpful staff.
