Milligans Shower Screens

Had a shower screen installed was told not to use it for 36 hours which is fine when we got around to clean the shower and the bath we found damage to the bath which was not there before and contacted milligans and was met with a really bad attitude do your homework before asking them to do a job

The first wardrobe we had installed went fantastically well and 12 months later we decided we needed one for the second bedroom. The initial measuring was wrong but luckily we discovered before they came to install and that was adjusted (though with a bit of attitude from them). On the day it was installed there was one other problem - the shelf unit was supposed to be 2 fixed and 2 adjustable but it was all fixed. We didn't say anything about this and it has so far worked ok. After a few weeks we noticed that one of the doors wouldn't stay in position when closed and called up to see if it could be adjusted. We were told to see if we could adjust the rollers but were unable to so they said they would arrange for somebody to come. In the meantime one of angled cover strips in the shelf unit had come loose so we asked for that to be fixed as well. 6 weeks later still no one had come so phoned again and was told that it would be fixed and someone would call us. No one did for one whole week so we got it fixed ourselves. Very poor after sales service!!! Don't understand the attitude if you want word of mouth publicity. Would not recommend!nn6th April 2019nFurther to my recent posted review and Milligans' reply - they know and I know that their reply was not the whole story. The response time of 6-7 weeks from them advising they would call in when in the area was not great and when I contacted them again in early March to find out when someone would come and the lovely girl on the phone was apologetic I was then expecting at least a return call regarding the repair. It did not come and apart from their partially true reply have not heard a thing. So my less than happy review remains. Customer Service is Everything!!

Terrible service. They didn't even come to look at the shower I was having problems with. Unless they install it they won't bother to help. I wasted 3 wks to dry out my shower and they never even got back to me. Go elsewhere
