DOGUE Balmain

I’ve been taking my Scottish Terrier to Dogue for daycare and grooming for the last 2years. She loves it there. Always comes back happy and looking amazing.nIt’s obvious the girls love dogs and are always super friendly, helpful and supportive. They go above and beyond.nWouldn’t go anywhere else!

Today I took my girl Roxy to Dogue Balmain for a wash and tidy. She is super anxious about having a wash, blow dry and groom but Silvana and her team are just amazing with her. They really took their time to listen to my worries and took so much care of Roxy, I couldn't be happier with the service and treatment of my precious girl. She looks and smells amazing, thank you so much to Silvana and the Dogue Balmain team.

Very DISAPPOINTED with the quality of the groom, uneven cut especially around his face and head! To be honest his body groom was minimal didn't look much different to when we dropped him off! Was quoted one price over the phone mentioning his sensitivity to perfumed products only to be charged extra on pick up. Although they did honour original quote after much discussion, they made it very clear this would be a once off? For a 3hr wait we were expecting our little boy groomed to perfection considering what they charge, this definitely wasn't the case! Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere!

Great Groomers, professional and lovely to deal with. My dogs love it so much they try and pull me into the shop if we are walking past!
