Great store with wonderful friendly staff.nThey will do what they can to help you, if they can.nnThey are happy to see your controlled pets.nnThey have a fair range of specialty foods.nnParking is at the door but can be hard to get a spot at peak times.nnDefinitely recommend.

I can only give the team at Pet O 5 stars. Absolutely brilliant service and a true love for pets and animals. Everytime I go into the store they greet me and pup with a friendly smile and welcome us in. They take the time to provide individual advice to you on quality foods and their differences. Provide advice on bedding and treats and toys and everything to make sure you enjoy your time with your new pet. Highly recommend that you make this your go to spot for all pet needs.

The assistant manager refused to accept a product under warranty. When I asked, she said she doesn’t have authority and would ask the store manager to call. No one called back to discuss. After spending hundred of dollars at Pet O, this the kind of service I got. I can expect better warranty from Amazon! No coming back.

PetO is the best pet store ever. We especially like the staff who are always courteous and helpful. We have visited them many times and to date have never been disappointed. Continued success and advancement to PetO and especially to all the staff.

This is a really large store with ample parking and a wide variety of pet goods to choose from. I was amazed how cheap they are and how much stuff they have inside. Amazing.
