Can I just say at 47 years of age Dr McInnes is the best Dr I have ever seen in my entire life. And trust me I’ve seen a lot. Especially with my chronic pain and spine.nShe is thorough. Thoughtful. And attention to detail.nJust love her.nShe makes me feel better every 2 weeks I have to see her.nud83eudd17ud83eudd17ud83eudd17ud83eudd17ud83eudd17ud83eudd17ud83eudd17

Totally agreed doctors are good, however very poor customer service or poor patient care by nurses and pathology people, receptionist are ok but pathology and nurses required strong education on communication and major upgrade for customer service !!!! As Nurse education in University teaches strong communication and customer service is important for patient care.

Bad Elf DobiennMy partner was referred to a ‘specialist’ at this practice - Doctor Peter Dobie. Don’t let the surname confuse you, he’s nowhere near as nice as our favourite elf.nnPeter was extremely condescending to my girlfriend, made derogatory comments and on top of that refused to assist her because he isn’t a specialist, despite being referred.nnWell Dobie, if you are no longer a specialist, how about you let the industry know so that your peers no longer refer you.nnWouldn’t recommend that anybody sees Dobie. He doesn’t deserve to swipe your precious green card. Also wouldn’t give you my socks Dobie.

This is the worst medical centre ever. Reception people are hopeless, lier , frustrated and rude Still sitting and waiting from last 2 hours no one is available . This is unbelievable.

Five star service! I wouldn’t trust my health with anyone but Dr Gilhotra. I saw Dr Gilhotra for the very first time as a walk in patient after suffering a nasty workplace injury 18 months ago. Since then Dr Gilhotra has been my primary treating practitioner, her medical treatment, advice, support and advocacy through a complex diagnosis and recovery has been rock solid. Even on my lowest days where dealing with work cover has been nothing short of traumatic and I’ve just wanted to give up she’s been there to support me and advocate on my behalf.nnI can’t thank her or the medical centre enough!
