We needed to get an alb urgently. We called the place to inform them we were on the way. The owner had another appointment but waited for us to arrive. We delayed his other appointment yet he was very patient with us and never rushed us to make a decision. Appreciate his patience and help

Can I start with saying of there was a negative star or zero star rating i would have selected that instead!!nnI don’t know this man was having a bad day but regardless he was the rudest person I have experienced in a long time! To experience utter rudeness & arrogance from someone who sells religious items is totally unacceptable and certainly unwarranted.nnI was enquiring if he stocks certain religious products and mentioned i’ve been trying to find who sells them in Australia & due to mentioning a wholesaler who supplies products to him he told me to go to them and buy directly from them! I also mentioned that I could only locate certain products in the United States again he was on his high horse saying he only sources his products locally & would not compete with the US market (as if i was asking him to!!)nnI will never give this store any of my money ( it even if it’s the only store that stocks it) and if you ever want products from this store I suggest you either don’t mention how much research you have done to find a certain product or find who Gato & Co supply/stock to and get it from someone else!nSave yourself the stress and attitude from this man, do your research and go elsewhere for your religious products!!

I know nothing about religious artifacts and was looking for a gift for a friend. Paul was really helpful, honest, non-judgemental and was able to provide something that I'm sure will be very special for my friend in Texas !
