Efficient check out operator on Counter 1. He was also tolerant and kind. His counter had closed and people were still queuing up and he still served them. The store was quite busy between 12.30-1.00 pm, but I got through very smoothly and peacefully.

Aldi is different as they say. Once you get into the Aldi way it is almost impossible to leave it. They have great quality goods, and if you can wean yourself off brand names you will shop well here among their friendly staff. To get even friendlier service try calling the staff by their names on their name tags!

There were 3 registers open on Sunday! Still had some some well organised snow gear specials and overall the regular aldi goods that are always winners!

Awful Indian man check out operator accused me of stealing an item that I had bought from coles, I showed him the receipt numerous times and even advised that Aldi does not stock this item nor brand yet he refused to listen or look at recipet. He made a big scene and was extremely rude. I dont understand why he kept harassing me when I clearly showed him the coles receipt. He was awful and condescending to deal with, meanwhile the line was getting bigger and everyone was staring at me. He wasnt rude to anybody else, and ended up getting upset when he realized he had made a mistake. I will never shop here again, I love Aldi but Ashfield Aldi is down right dreadful. Would give 0 stars If that was an option.
