The worst customer service experience ever.nVery aggressive manager refused to sell us a fish because our tank had not been running for 2 full weeks prior.nAnother man in the store also wanted to buy fish but was refused because he wanted 4 fish for a 15L tank but staff insisted he have a 20L tank and refused sale to him also.

OMG this is the place to go for the best advice on pets, pet foods etc. The service is welcoming and so friendly. The employees do take time to provide the best service and are so well informed. Giving the customers a heart felt and honest opinion. This was my first visit as a new dog owner. No question seemed too stupid. This will be our go to place for anything we need for our new pet.

Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Pretty good range and reasonable prices. Lots of treats at snout height so you have to watch the greedy ones ud83dude06
