Had a great experience here today. All staff were friendly and welcoming. I felt very comfortable from admission to discharge. A fantastic facility

My wife had to do an operation twice in this hospital.nnThey sent us invoice with fees more than waht we expected , when checking with them they said sorry we entered wrong code.nnThey charge us before the operation.nnAfter recovery they kept my wife waiting saying we are waiting for doctor clearance- we kept waiting for quite sometime then doctor was too busy to come see the patient or give clearance and they ended up discharging my wife!nnNo follow ups - when you ring or email barely they answer you!nnBottom line - unfortunately, they made us feel they care about collecting money more than they care about the patient !nnHopefully we dont have to use them again!

Poor customer services, does not assist patient in terms of insurance and claiming procedures, no proper explanation, very confused admission procedures.. not recommended; Just got their money and thats it. bye

This hospital is amazing and it is so clean! The amount of compassion, friendliness and care that comes from all staff members working there is incredible. I have never experienced anything like it. I honestly can not fault the place! Thank you for such a pleasant experience.
