Avoid staffnNo one expects pet store workers to have knowledge on every type of pet care or be a vet but I do expect them to at least admit if they don’t know and not be rude about it.nnThere’s just better ways to say things when people’s pets health may be on the line.

Was helped by the most helpful gal on the phone just now. The store is only 4/5 bc it's pricey but she is defs a 5/5.n(I thought my fish tank filter was missing a piece, it wasn't)
