Amazing Service! I requested my pet's name to be engraved on a stirling silver charm which had her ashes inside of it and they did such a GREAT JOB!! They were so respectful & the calligraphy they used to write her name was just so beautiful. I was absolutely impressed by their service and professionalism. Dropped off my watch to change the front glass and renew the batteriesnAfter 2 weeks they told me they can’t find the same type of glass not only that they also returned it with anothergr crack on the glass and told me that’s how they got itnCharger me $65 just to change batteriesnMaybe not the best place for watch service better stick to keys

Great service, very friendly and helpful staff. I was able to get exactly what I wanted on my leather belt within a few minutes and for a great price. Will definitely go back for any needs in the future.
