Edit: Increased review from 3 stars to 4 because even though still not great, they are trying to do more, and that is good news so in the interests of encouraging better performance and in all fairness I have edited my review. I stand by all of my reviews as being fair and honest.nOriginal review: Unfortunately like many other customers I also cannot say anything great about their operation. Its very backward the way they run their stores and how they keep stock. I have never dealt with any company since 2005 that works this way, maybe these guys are just stuck in the past! Stick with the major players as these guys will simply give you the run around.

A little difficult to find but it has a really big parking area (shared with other stores in that area). The store itself is large and well organised. They allow pets inside and have a little water fountain thing at the entrance for driving. It’s super helpful for when you need to try on collars or harnesses for sizing. The staff were really friendly too! Definitely recommend :)

Friendly staff. I asked for help selecting a muzzle for my dog. A staff member helped me find a good fit and rewarded my pup with some tasty treats. People are allowed to bring their dogs inside.

I want to give this review as I am so delighted with the service, both face to face and for online orders provided by this company. They are friendly, efficient and they have a great range of products.
