Lovely service good prices and products

Yesterday I came to Pet barn and found perfect match to add into my cat familynAs ive always adopted cats over RSPCA or PETBARNS I found it strange that firstly staff refused to acknowledge that im keen to adopt saying manager or her(girl who worked there)was probably take her.nI came back this morning checking on situation and somehow no one was keen anymore.nWanted to pay for fee and return later to sight adoption papers and take her and bumb into lady who was there doung exactly the same.nNow is it just me or do I find how this was managed a little bit wrong?nI didn't want to make a scene and left with cat going to different home?nIm happy she found home but somehow not happy that I was first to offer and got not even any chance despite I was clearly doing my best to sort it out asap.nnWhat's your opinion and what would you do?nBtw I'm local in tgat shop almost every day.nWon't be going back

Super helpful staff making sure your pet gets exactly the right product especially regarding tablets/treatments.

I brought our cat Bagerhra and wow the staff always have time for the littlest questions or the biggest. Wonderful shop.Im about to but another animal .
