Just a quick note to say that your locksmith Chris came to our apartment today and solved all of our keying issues. His experience and breadth of knowledge were obvious and his friendly manner really made his visit terrific. All issues solved ...and a few more to boot! All at a reasonable price.....thanks Vortex

Vortex Locksmiths arrived straight away, which was great. On arrival the service man had a bad attitude and a very negative demur.nDespite this I was very happy that i was able to get into my home so I was very thankful.nAnyway I couldn't find my keys straight away (20 seconds of entering the apartment) therefore I agreed for a new lock and 2 new keys.nnWithin 60 seconds I found my set of keys, I told him straight away that I no longer needed a new lock..nI paid 120$ and he also CHARGED me for the extra service that I did not require. His reply was that he is late for his next job. I used an extra 2 minutes of his time!! For this reason you should NEVER use this service.

After accidentally locking the keys inside the house after a night out, every locksmith we called couldn't make it out to our place until we found Vortex - who were there promptly and within minutes had us back inside! An excellent job at a ridiculous hour of the night/morning!
