Guy who served me appeared disinterested. $9 to cut a house key. Too expensive. Had to return as key didn't work. He kind of shrugged his shoulders didn't really say anything took the key buzzed it on the machine and handed to me. If it was me I would have said sorry about that, but nothing. Strange, I'm a tradie so I know that things occasionally Go wrong but you apologize and fix issue. It worked. Even if it worked first time I wouldn't go back due to his attitude. The guy who used to run the place was great.

Fast, efficient key cutting. Got a car key cut here and when the battery needed replacing, he did so free of charge and ensured it was still working.nWould recommend ud83dudc4d

I went in today to get my Dads Golden Gucci watch fixed, as a pin was broken. Sanjey not only was confident that he could fix it, he did it right in front of me in about 15 minutes. I could not recommend this place enough!nnI went to other stores that claim to be able to fix it, but said it would take about 5 weeks and the price was extremely high as well.nnVery happy with Sanjey and Mr Minit!!

Why why why are so many people reviewing this place with 5 stars!?nnI dropped off two pairs of heels, to fix broken heels. The person working, Daddy, was very difficult to understand and also seemed quite shady. He asked for payment on drop off, which I politely refused to pay until pick up. Which again I thought was an odd request. He then instructed me it would be ready that afternoon, I thought that was odd as it was late morning. I explained I wouldn't be back until possibly the next day, which he seemed frustrated by. Again I thought was odd. I walked away confused, and feeling unsure about this place. I checked in the following day, as it seemed urgent that I pick them up asap. They weren't ready. What? That's right, they weren't ready...and not ready until the following Tuesday.nnTuesday I picked them up from who I assume was the owner, who seemed nice enough and the shoes looked nice on pickup. Fast forward my SECOND time wearing the said fixed heel...it broke again. On the SECOND time wearing it! I was extremely frustrated, took it back to get fixed and met another employee who apologized and said of course they would fix it at no cost. Great, although I was already very turned off by the whole situation.nnFast forward days and days later I receive ZERO follow up call to pick up. Eventually on my return to that shopping area a week later I checked and they were ready. Daddy was working again...he was almost refusing to give me the shoes because I needed to pay. Which I angrily explained NO they broke after wearing them and you were meant to fix them. Eventually he handed them over without me paying, but in a bizarre way, under his breath angry explaining that HE fixed them and that his coworker refused to. AS IF THAT'S MY PROBLEM..?nTo summarize:nNEVER AGAIN, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
