I took my second driving test here. After the disastrous Botany experience(do not go there, Botany staff try their best to traumatise test taker. The rudest people I've ever met in NSW) I am happily surprised with the quality of the service here. Lovely staff and fast service!

Visited today. Encountered one officer who was judgemental at the very beginning. She didn’t even say Hi or any greeting. Asked me straight what do I want and demand 4 piece of ID. My licence wasn’t i. the wallet for a reason, but I got all the piece. Licence was installed in Service Nsw app but I didn’t use much so I couldn’t show her instantly. I wasn’t bad with tech but she keeps saying you haven’t installed repeatedly and showed like she wanting to reject me. I said what can I do instead, bank statement could help, but my given name is 3 syllabuses and she said everything showed as capital, it should be my last name. I was stunned and said I don’t understand that. It was printed exactly as per my passport. The point is she didn’t try to help. Imagine i’m an aged person, I would have been in a bad spot. I managed to get the bank statement printout correctly and returned and found my licence in the apps. I got my Work With Children done but with a different officer who didn’t pose such a bad thing on me. If app can help, AI/nsystem can replace such bad officer, we wouldn’t need human interaction; so government officer looses jobs bc of bad examples like this; don’t complain once it’s your turn. We need people there to help, not to judge!

Bad customer service. Staff would not take the responsibility of their action and try to lay the blame on me.

Time: 1:30-2:15 (6/4/2021)nThe staff need to learn to communicate well with customers. Especially, the lady in counter 1, I found her to be very rude and not clear with the message. I could have left my feedback but was running late. Please learn to deal with people whose 1st language is NOT ENGLISH.

Today I went for driving test, because I went 10 min late they refused to take the test and gave a free advise to reschedule. Manager attitude was so worst not even listening what we are trying to say. I understand you will have to take tests from more people but for 10 min late you shouldn’t waste ones money and time.
