Courteous staff helped me navigate a problem I couldn’t resolve online today. But what really impressed me was the way security and staff responded to a man who was distressed and experiencing a psychotic episode. They showed compassion and applied a text book approach in dealing with the situation until the paramedics took over. Truly heart warming. Well done to the team at Leichhardt.

Why on earth the people in this office feel they have the right to talk down to and demean people is beyond me.nMaybe someday they’ll be doing it tough and need a bit of help?nThe lady that dealt with me recently was a disgrace. Horrible person.
