Seriously, don't waste your time with these guys. Even the most basic forms of assistance (like taking a message when you call) seem to be unattainable. Wise employment has much better supports if you're looking for a disability employment provider.

For a company paid to assist people, it was odd to be treated in such a demeaning, degrading and disrespectful way. Very passive agressive and would not listen to a word I said. Like a teacher talks to a child or a cop talks to a criminal, disgusting.

Be careful with the people these guys send you if you are an employeer. Not worth the money and headaches

My daughter is case managed by this service. As I have previously worked with both the commonwealth employment service and with a number of job network agencies, I know what sort of assistance these agencies are being paid by Department of Employment to provide to their clients. So far this agency is not fulfilling their obligations. My daughter gets cut off from her paltry Newstart allowance every fortnight because of the incompetence of her case managers. They provide absolutely no assistance in helping her to become employable or sending her to jobs. I've lost count of the number of times she has asked for a referral to a training course such as TAFE in order to become more marketable to employers. Konekt is just treating their clients as profit making objects. It's about time there was an appropriate review into this and the other Agencies who are not providing the service they are contracted to do. No doubt my daughter will be cut off from her allowance as punishment for her mother stating the facts.
