Was booked in for my last laser hair removal treatment with silk laser today. Have been waiting to use my pre-paid sessions and move elsewhere as I find the staff quite rude. Arrived at my appointment to be told the machine was broken therefore could not have the procedure done. Girl at the desk assured me they had “called me 3-4 times today and left a message” which is simply not true. I had one missed call this morning from a private caller meaning I was unable to return the call and no message was left with me. You’d think after the two reminder emails and one reminder text they’d have other avenues of attempting to contact me. The girl at the desk was apologetic but it’s just not good enough.

The lip filler treatment is an excellent service offered by the smooth as silk laser and cosmetic clinic. Dr. Tom Jodlovich, is highly experienced and obtains an impressive academic history. As the individual has multiple qualifications and degrees. This treatment allows customers to feel comfortable with their appearance, as the doctor achieves the desired outcome and goal. The best part is that it is a nonsurgical procedure! The service overall is exceptional!
