Royal Prince Alfred Hospital

I've never reviewed a hospital however my experience the last 10 hour was remarkable, the staff in the ER was amazing and very attentive and kind. I would like to thank the Annie, Lucy and Doctor Hamish for getting me through last night. Keep up the good work guys and thank you so much!

Feels odd to review a hospital. But, had to go to emergency, and was very impressed with their flow. Nice people, friendly faces, efficient work. Thanks for sorting it out!

They were so efficient and lovely as the Saturday morning weekend wounded filled the ER, they worked efficiently through us all, being friendly and funny and informative and kind. Thank you Megan and Tim and Sinead and everyone you were amazing. 10/10, will fracture my fibula again.

My sister booked a surgery and paid for it in advance for my niece 6 months ago, but we had to wait hours before we were told the surgery was cancelled and posponed 2 more months.nVery disappointing service.nDo not book surgeries for people and cancel them on the day.nWe are happy to wait until a bed is available.nTotally disappointing!!!
