Probably the worst gp i have ever visited.nBooked in for a check up for my fianceenSaid if if didnt wear a mask i had to wait outside regardless of medical issues ...while my pregnant fiancee is waiting inside .she was told the fee would be $80 or $140 ? ....eventually we left .pushy arrogant rude ....i dislike bagging anyones business but this is shameful behaviour .

The GPs are excellent. I couldn't say the same about the front desk people. I called one day and I was given a piece of information and then I called next day and the lady backed out of her statement saying she never said so. People should not lie, they should just say such a thing would not happen again.

This is a comfortable, professional practice that I would recommend. Making an appointment and organising paperwork was easy. Dr Lim was caring, thoughtful and offered practical, useful advice. Reception was also good to deal with, as was the onsite nurse.

Have been trying to get an IUD from Dr. Ho here but she insisted that I had to be on my period for it (which is no longer a medical indication based on speaking with gynaecologists) so there was a delay of 5 months to get it. During these 5 months, at no point did she mention that there was a whopping $160 insertion fee. I was confronted with this charge only after the insertion and to make things worse the receptionist made me feel like my shock was unwarranted as “many other places charge so much more.” However, in doing some research only gynaecologist specialists charge a similar fee and most community clinics charge much less (and some not at all). As a student, this unexpected fee is such a set-back and I will not be back to a clinic that does not notify their patients of additional charges PRIOR to a procedure.

Highly recommend. The staff here are super friendly. Dr Amy and Dr Laura are fantastic. They listen carefully to the patient, very professional and efficient. If you want to see a doctor who really helps you, here they are.
