I didn’t need to leave home when I was sick and no more hassle of going to see a doctor in person for me when it is not necessary just for a repeat script or medical certificate !!! My appointment was booked for 10.55am. I received a message to the effect of wait for your appointment at this time. I always allow a suitable time frame for the doctor to be late as I know how busy they can be.nI waited until 12.30 to call the clinic. First phone call I was hung up on, second phone call i was told my appointment was cancelled due to doctor not bulk billing. Upon filling the form I wasn't given the option to pay. Nobody called, emailed, texted or sent smoke signals. I was just waiting feeling incredibly unwell when I could of paid, or organised another platform. Im so upset because now I cannot get an appointment anywhere that would coincide with an open pharmacy ud83eudd2cud83eudd2cud83eudd2c

Booked an appointment for 8:10, waited for over 20 minutes before calling the practice myself, wherein I was told that I needed to provide payment details. Waited another 30 minutes, when I was called and told that the doctor was unable to reach me (?), and I was offered a refund.nnVery disappointing service.
