Forum Medical and Skin Centre Bulk Billing (My SKIN GP)

Very disappointing experience. I called with a suspected fractured bone in my foot to get a referral for an x-ray. I was told that because I hadn't recently been at the clinic (essentially because i am a healthy person who doesn't frequent the doctor) they couldn't do the telehealth appointment and I'd have to come in - despite having a potentially broken foot and on a day where NSW is on alert due to recent covid cases. I will not be coming back here.

Exceptional experience with Dr Gurdeep, he is one the best doctors, expert skills and professionalism. Staff is very coorperative.

Had an appointment booked with them. Have a confirmation email as well. When i got there on the morning they told me its been cancelled and they couldn't get a hold of me. Very disappointing considering i have a confirmation email from them for the appointment

I've been going to the forum medical centre for nearly a year and definitely the best practice I've been too. I rarely have to wait and the doctors are just lovely. I was seeing Kathy Nguyen but now am seeing Rachel Hmar, who is patient and empathetic. I feel like the doctors listen to what I have to say and do not disregard my feelings. The reception is great too! Anyone who comes to this practice will feel looked after and cared for. 100% recommend !
